We loved the spacious and modern room with comfortable beds. The hotel facilities include a clean and nicely sized onsen, and the private onsen was a plus. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome, and the location was great, only a few minutes' walk from the tourist attractions. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast with menu printed in English.

The room was spacious, with a modern and nicely designed decoration. The private onsen was definitely a highlight, clean and relaxing. The hotel is conveniently located, close to the main attractions and easy to navigate around. The wifi was also satisfactory and fast for browsing.
The check-out process was somewhat confusing with people not following a queue. It took a long time to settle the bill with the staff, which could have been more efficient if overall payment was scheduled upon check-in.
